My humanoid keeps failing when folding towels

My robot succeeds around 63% of the time but consistently fails during the initial grasp — it pinches a single layer instead of catching the fold edge. I uploaded 1,240 episodes including the failures. Any ideas?

How many episodes until a task actually generalizes?

Our internal curve flattens hard around 8K episodes per task, but only if the environments vary. 8K in one kitchen is worth maybe 1.5K across ten.
