We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This covers dataset purchases, listing fees and bounty or data request funding.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at apmnovel@gmail.com with your order details.

Unused bounty funding

If you funded a bounty or data request and want the unused budget back after 30 days, contact us and we'll work it out with you.
