These terms are an agreement between you and [Legal name pending], trading as RobotData, based in Israel("we", "us"). By using RobotData you are contracting with [Legal name pending] and agree to these terms. If you keep using the service after we update them, you accept the updated terms.

The service

RobotData is a platform for discovering, sharing, buying and selling robot training data. It includes a dataset catalog, a marketplace for paid datasets, paid data bounties and data requests, and AI tools that help you search and understand datasets.

Accounts

• You must be of legal age, and if you act for an organization, have authority to bind it.
• Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular you must not:

• use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or for spam;
• upload, list or sell data you don't have the rights to, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• interfere with the security of the service, including malware, probing for weaknesses, or scraping;
• reverse engineer the service, resell access to it, or get around usage limits.

Sellers, contributors and buyers

• Sellers and contributors confirm they own or have the right to license the data they list or submit, and that the listed license is accurate.
• Buyers may use purchased data only under the license shown on the listing.
• Payouts to sellers and contributors for accepted data are sent by us after a sale or acceptance, less our platform fee.
• You let us host and process content you upload only as needed to provide the service.

AI features

AI answers can be inaccurate. Check important information against the original dataset, license and paper. You are responsible for your prompts and how you use the outputs. We may limit, filter or remove AI use or content that breaks these terms.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and cancellation terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

We own the RobotData service, software, documentation and branding. Data you upload remains yours, subject to the license you choose.

Service level and liability

We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it is provided "as is" without implied warranties to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account for a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. When your account ends you can ask us to export or delete your data.
